Shipping policy

Shipping cost is determined by volume of items order. Furrfighters offers shipping on all orders under USD $50 at a single flat cost of USD $5.00. For orders over $50 the charge for shipping will depend on current UPS or USPS rates which may vary.

Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page, prior to submitting your order. Final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.

We offer worldwide shipping. International orders shall incur additional shipping costs.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or P.O. Boxes will result in a surcharge. This is based on your default shipping address.

The timeline for shipping in continental United States is 5- 7 business days.

A request for expedited shipping must be made immediately after the order is placed but before fulfillment begins. Expedited shipping incurs an additional cost which the customer would be notified about prior to fulfilment.

For all packages where a UPSD shipment tracking number is sent to confirm your delivery you can visit the USPS website to monitor the shipping status of your order.
