Shipping/Delivery and Returns
We offer worldwide shipping! Generally, tracking numbers will coincide with your local state post office.
Affiliate product orders are guaranteed to be processed within 3 to 7 business days upon receipt of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is processed! If you do not receive any sort of email with tracking within 7 business days, please contact us at email@example.com
Shipping of affiliate products takes approximately two to four weeks. Typical shipping time generally falls within two weeks, but at most will take four.
Original Furrfighter products usually ship within 1-2 weeks.
Original Furrfighter products, Furrfighting Gloves, Pocket Furrfighter and Furrniture Brush are eligible for return or exchange if returned in good, very lightly used, re-sellable condition. Original Furrfighter products are eligible for return and exchange for any size related issues.(Must be in original, unused condition) Partial refunds may be available on certain Original Furrfighter Products in certain cases. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All sales are final on all affiliate items. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on affiliate items.
Refunds & Replacements:
We do not offer any refunds for broken items or lost packages. Replacements are only available on damaged goods upon arrival or missing orders/lost packages (tracking number must show so). Customer must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item with photo evidence of damaged or missing goods.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
Late or missing refunds:
Refund requests for qualifying Furrfighter Brand products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to post in your bank account, but may vary from bank to bank. Please contact your bank to learn more about their processing times.
Affiliate Supplier Orders
Please ensure all affiliate supplier orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and Furrfighters will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
