A. We generally ship original Furrfighters products within 7 days of ordering. Generally, items will take no longer than 14 days to arrive upon order confirmation.

Q. Is my information safe?

A. Shopify is one of the largest eCommerce service providers today and they handle our payment processing through their Shopify Payments service. We never see any sensitive payment information, as that is all handled by Shopify. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details. Q. Do you take PayPal?

A.  Yes, Furrfighters accepts PayPal as well as other major credit cards through Shopify Payments powered by Stripe. We have been doing business with Stripe for years and trust them to handle credit card processing for us.

Q. Can I return my order?

A. Original Furrfighter Brand products are eligible for return, exchange or refund under certain circumstances. See Shipping/Returns Policy for details.
